MantraIRC has closed. Thank you to those of you who stuck around. With Mantra’s demise also comes the end of Calintz’s time on IRC.
Thank you to those of you who tried to make Mantra a popular place. Unfortunately most of my staff didn’t think it was worth their time. I suppose that could be my fault for some of the people I hired as staff. Anyway, it’s over and I’m done with IRC.

Hey guys, some exciting news from MantraIRC!
I made a promise to two of my staff members, Dirge and Aerone, that if we reached #480 SearchIRC I would promote them both to admin. Well over the weekend that happened, and I wouldn’t go back on my word. So congratulations to our newest admins, Dirge and Aerone!

Magna.mantrairc.net is currently down. This is slightly inconvenient given it’s our hub. For the time being we have transferred hub duties to another server and haven’t skipped a beat. Everything has transitioned smoothly, and no downtime has happened. Currently Magna is receiving ram upgrades, or moving datacenters. One of the two, as I’m getting two stories, or I didn’t read the emails all the way. That’s possible. Anyway, to move along.
Nothing at all! However if you were connecting to MantraIRC through magna.mantrairc.net, you will not be able to connect. Please use irc.mantrairc.net to connect, so you can be directed to an online server via the DNS round robin.
